HR Business Consultant, 12 months Fixed Term Zurich Life Assurance Ltd is looking for an HR Business Consultant, for 12 months who will be a key member of the Zurich Life HR Business Partnering team, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle support, HR projects, annual people cycles reporting and people analytics. The role will support the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful HR reporting across areas such as headcount, FTE, attrition, absence, diversity, recruitment, training, reward and workforce planning. Working closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and business stakeholders, the role will support the delivery of effective HR processes, governance and continuous improvement across Zurich Life.
