Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en dictamen médico, preferentemente experiencia en ingreso hospitalario. Competencias clave: Sentido de urgencia, capacidad analítica, empatía. Responsabilidades: Asegurar que se ejecute eficientemente y en los tiempos establecidos la respuesta a solicitudes de pago directo/ingreso hospitalario. Gestión y seguimiento al proceso de atención de folios de lesionados autos y daños intrahospitalariamente. Recepción, seguimiento, solución y reporte de quejas referentes a su proceso.
