About this role
As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. All employees must also submit proof of identity and employment eligibility. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent is responsible for working as part of a team to complete the intake process for all youth referred to the Juvenile Intake & Assessment Center (JIAC) by law enforcement. Process juveniles (birth-17) by completing intake reports (data entry), property inventories, pat-searches, fingerprinting and photographing. Assess juveniles by completing state-mandated screening instruments. Transport youth to emergency shelter when necessary. Must be detail orientated and ability to multi-task.…
