Job Description: Incumbents are responsible for conducting field inspections for residential, and commercial rehabilitation requests, such as roof replacements, ADA-compliant bathrooms, and electrical work. Practical knowledge of plumbing, sewer systems, electrical systems, roofing, and ADA-compliant bathroom construction are preferred. Incumbent will: Prepare the scope of work and bid documents for the project. Distribute bids to contractors on the department's approved vendor list.
