About this role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help design and scale the company’s operational platform — internal systems, workflows, and automation that power day-to-day operations. This role is focused on operational transformation: taking complex, manual processes and turning them into scalable, structured, and increasingly automated systems - including with the help of AI. You’ll work across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support teams, helping redesign how work actually gets done. This is not a documentation-only role. We are looking for someone who actively builds clarity out of chaos, moves fast, and is comfortable prototyping and testing ideas in real workflows.
