About this role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day monitoring of merchant activity and payment transactions, helping identify unusual or suspicious behavior and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT requirements. Your role at xpate: Review sanctions, PEP and adverse media alerts. Perform screening using monitoring solutions such as Sumsub, LexisNexis, WebShield, G2 Risk Solutions and other internal systems. Conduct periodic client reviews for Low and Medium Risk clients and assist in preparing EDD reports for the higher risk tiers. Perform test purchases and document investigation results.
