This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll work across both client development and candidate delivery. You’ll understand hiring needs, build relationships with clients, identify strong technology professionals, and manage the recruitment journey from initial engagement through successful placement. A key part of the role is headhunting and passive-candidate sourcing.
