Full-Cycle Recruiter (Freelance- Project Based)

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding)
- Proactively source and engage top talent across multiple roles and industries
- Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Build and maintain strong, reusable talent pipelines
- Partner with clients to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver aligned candidates
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (LATAM ↔ U.S.)
