About this role

How do you help make a difference? As a SuccessFactors Specialist, you play a key role in delivering the HRIS transformation roadmap within Solution Delivery ERP & Corporate Services (ECS) – ERP CS, HR & Finance. As we transition from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will strengthen our internal expertise and contribute to the successful delivery of the remaining initiatives in the H2R roadmap. Beyond project delivery, you will take ownership of one or more SuccessFactors modules, ensuring their ongoing maintenance, support, continuous improvement, and effective use within the organization. You support the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central, the implementation of new modules, and the optimization of existing functionalities.…
