About this role

How do you help make a difference? As a Solution Designer, you join the AnalySD team of analysts and solution designers within YPTO’s Business Area "Commercial Channels & Products" and contribute to shaping SNCB-NMBS’s commercial channels and product offerings, driving innovation and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Business Area "Commercial Channels & Products" is the IT partner of SNCB-NMBS’s Directorate for Marketing & Sales. This directorate manages all sales channels, both front-end and back-end, as well as SNCB-NMBS aftersales solutions, including the website, mobile app, cash desks, ticket vending machines, sales on board and B2B sales channels.…
