About this role
We are seeking an AI Native Full-stack Engineer to join our software development team. In this role, you will design, build, and ship production features across our platform using Django (Python), PostgreSQL, and React - with AI coding agents as your primary development instrument. A key part of this role is to drive specification-first, AI-augmented development practices together with our software teams, using coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate and improve how we build software.
