Sales Assistant

We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Assistant to support our North American sales activities , based at our office in Riga, Latvia. This role will work closely with the Head of Sales North America and support one or two Account Executives, helping move opportunities from initial customer discussions through quotation, purchase order and project execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with US customers and coordinating across multiple internal departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where information is not always complete.
