Rope Access Technicians are responsible for establishing safe, code-compliant rope access systems to perform hands-on wind turbine blade repair. Certified Level 3 RATs handle complex structural composite flaws and manual interventions, applying advanced rope access expertise to ensure precise, high-quality repairs. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in blade and composite repair, playing a critical role in the safety, precision, and success of wind turbine maintenance operations.
