As the Recruiting Manager , you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing your own portfolio of open roles. This hands-on leadership role combines team development with full-cycle recruiting, allowing you to coach and support your team while helping set the standard for how we attract and hire talent. This is an in-office, five days a week role where you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive hiring experience while strengthening recruiting practices to support current and future growth.
