About this role
In this role, you will: - Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department, acting as a resource for maintenance guidance to craft and other manufacturing personnel. - Providing technical maintenance support for assigned areas. - Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals. - Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime. - Following up on equipment issues and developing technical problem-solving solutions. - Providing on-call responses to remedy critical maintenance situations. - Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees. - Adhering to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement and other company policies.…
