SALARY $20.67 - $25.84 JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, the Lead Indoor Lifeguard (Part-Time) ensures the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the aquatic facility. This position leads by example in preventing, recognizing, and responding to aquatic emergencies, while also assisting with administrative, supervisory, and customer service functions. The Lead Lifeguard supports the Aquatics Program Coordinator by monitoring staff performance, upholding safety standards, and ensuring positive interactions with patrons and employees. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Prevent and respond to emergency situations in or out of the water. Supervise a team of aquatics staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
