About this role

AYANA Komodo Resort is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Reservation Manager to support the efficient operation of our Reservations Department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in leading, coaching, and supervising the Reservations Communication team to ensure consistent service quality, adherence to brand standards, and strong team performance. Assist in monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotional offerings.
