About this role

We are in search of talented with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa and Therapy Manager to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers. Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience. Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.…
