A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Manager I – Estimating Engineering – Wind/High Voltage, you'll lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for delivering safe, high-quality engineering solutions for utility-scale wind energy projects, as well as high voltage facilities for solar and energy storage. Your day is centered around People, Projects, and Processes—coaching and mentoring engineers, guiding project execution, and continuously improving engineering practices that support successful project delivery. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Estimating, Integrated Supply Chain, Construction, and Owners to ensure engineering deliverables are completed safely, on schedule, and aligned with project objectives.…
