A DAY IN THE LIFE The Senior People Relations Partner (Sr. PRP) serves as a senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor in employee relations and workplace accommodations, managing the organization’s most complex, sensitive, and high-risk cases while providing mentorship and quality assurance to the People Relations Partner team. In addition to owning the full lifecycle of sophisticated workplace investigations, the Sr. PRP functions as an escalation resource for PRPs on ambiguous or legally complex matters and serves as a key liaison to Legal, HR Compliance, and Senior Business Leadership.…
