A DAY IN THE LIFE Be actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating new requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. Source and recruit candidates for company, nonexempt, entry-level and hourly positions. Ensure all positions are filled in alignment with company culture and in a timely manner. The Associate Recruiter will handle open requisitions with low to moderate levels of technical and/or labor market complexity. STEP INTO THE ROLE Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws.
