Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Real Estate Counsel will report directly to the Senior Operations and Legislative Counsel and will advise on a wide range of legal matters affecting Clear Channel Outdoors’s business with a focus on real estate. The Real Estate Counsel is primarily responsible for performing hands-on, day-to-day real estate and transactional legal work, in addition to providing general legal advice, for various domestic Branches of the Company, and assists the Real Estate Department and Branches handling contracts, leases and legal administration of property.…
