Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Paralegal provides legal support to in-house attorneys who manage real estate and transactions in connection with the acquisition, disposition, condemnation or leasing of commercial real estate and other related matters. The Paralegal assists attorneys with all aspects of transactional real estate matters. Job Responsibilities Coordinating due diligence process. Reviewing title commitments, legal descriptions, surveys and closing statements. Negotiating title exceptions and clearing title issues.
