The Department/Team The Dublin Corporate & Regulatory Insurance team advises insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, financial institutions, investors and other market participants on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, transactional and advisory matters. Working closely with colleagues across our international insurance network, the team supports clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including regulatory compliance, governance, restructurings, insurance sector transactions, distribution and outsourcing arrangements, risk management, M&A and crisis response matters. The team combines deep sector knowledge with commercial pragmatism to help clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and business environment.…
