Department: Employment & Pensions Location: Manchester Role: Senior Associate The Team Clyde & Co's Employment team provides support to clients on all aspects of employment law including: litigation relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages and other claims in the employment tribunal and relating to breach of contract and business protection claims in the High Court; advising corporate clients on all day to day people related issues including preparing contracts and policies, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, large scale restructuring projects and service provision changes involving TUPE; advising businesses and individuals on the employment aspects of corporate transactions; and cross border work involving sourcing and coordinat…
