Summary Reporting to the CHMG Patient Refill Center Pharmacist Lead, will manage medication renewal requests and prior authorizations per CHMG policy and protocol as well other duties as assigned. This position will involve accessing and reviewing patient charts, navigating practice-specific protocols, authorizing medication renewals appropriately, and submitting prior authorization requests that are complete and accurate. This is an administrative position and does not involve direct patient contact. In addition, may be involved in other areas of Central Service support such as inputting of medical records/chart pre-loading as well as assisting in other clerical, environmental and organizational needs.…
