Summary Under the supervision of the department food service production manager is responsible for preparation of covering a single food shift (The Learning Center). Prepares and cooks food for assigned area of responsibility ensuring high standards of quality, food, and presentation. Plans varied menus, estimates weekly needs, and orders food supplies and equipment. Maintains and follows department and sanitary guidelines. Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
