Department: Risk Control Job Summary: Directs safety control and risk management services for our client, a real estate development client. Serves as the dedicated safety partner across affordable, student, and military housing portfolios, as well as active construction sites, working in close coordination with an internal risk management team and site workforce. This role is responsible for conducting safety audits, leading OSHA compliance, analyzing general liability and property exposures, and driving enterprise loss control programs.
