About this role

Sobre el rol Brindar educación especializada a personas con ostomía y/o cateterismo intermitente limpio (CVI), sus familiares y cuidadores mediante un proceso estructurado de capacitación basado en el algoritmo clínico de Convatec y el programa Me+, promoviendo el autocuidado, la correcta utilización del portafolio de productos y la continuidad del tratamiento. Asimismo, generar demanda de nuevos pacientes, fortalecer la relación con los profesionales de la salud y colaborar con el equipo comercial para incrementar el acceso y la permanencia de los pacientes en el programa. Responsabilidades clave Educación y acompañamiento de pacientes con estomas de eliminación y/o CVI. Promoción y generación de pacientes para el Programa Me+.
