About this role

As a Technical Vessel Manager within our Fleet Organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and long-term reliability of your assigned vessels (maximum 3). You will be the leading figure in technical management: challenging execution methods, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that every technical decision supports DEME’s long-term mission and strategic direction. You will work closely with technical and operational teams to develop maintenance plans and achieve project goals. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, project coordination, and fleet support for technical interventions. This is not a TSI role, but a role to be performed from the office with a highly long-term strategical scope.…
