About this role

As Tender & Acquisition Manager Interconnectors, you will develop commercial opportunities and lead competitive, compliant tenders for complex interconnector projects. Based in Breda, you will combine tender leadership with client and partner development. You will manage the full opportunity and tender lifecycle, from market engagement and bid/no-bid assessment to submission and contract negotiation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams for interconnector projects, including cable installation, landfalls, burial and protection works. Your responsibilities Develop a strong pipeline of interconnector opportunities through market intelligence and client engagement.
