About this role

Buscamos un(a) Líder de Transformación Digital y Agilidad Organizacional para liderar iniciativas estratégicas de transformación en una de las principales organizaciones del sector financiero. La persona será responsable de impulsar la evolución del modelo operativo mediante metodologías ágiles, gestión del cambio e incorporación de Inteligencia Artificial en el ciclo de desarrollo de software. Trabajará de manera cercana con equipos de negocio y tecnología para acelerar la entrega de valor, fortalecer la cultura organizacional y promover prácticas modernas de ingeniería. Responsabilidades Liderar proyectos de transformación digital y agilidad organizacional. Diseñar e implementar modelos operativos basados en squads.
