About this role
The Volunteer Programme Executive supports the Head, Volunteer Programme in managing the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, engagement, wellbeing and retention. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, supports community outreach and organisational events, monitors programme effectiveness, and recommends improvements to enhance volunteer experience and ensure sustainable volunteer resources to meet the Hospice’s operational and care needs. Job Responsibilities Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, development, deployment and record maintenance to meet the Hospice’s operational needs. Promote volunteer wellbeing, engagement and retention through welfare, appreciation and recognition initiatives.…
