About this role
The Pharmacy Technician supports the Principal Pharmacist in medication preparation and dispensing, drug supply and distribution, compounding, inventory management and day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services. Responsibilities Process prescriptions and medication orders, and prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of the pharmacist. Provide patient counselling and education, and perform medication reconciliation as required. Pack, label and distribute medications, ensuring proper storage, handling and supply of pharmaceutical products. Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates and stock records, including stock takes, cycle counts and product recalls.…
