About this role
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager, Major Gifts to grow sustainable philanthropic income and build long term relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWI), family offices, family foundations and other philanthropic partners. You will lead the major gifts pipeline from prospect identification and cultivation through solicitation and stewardship, working closely with senior management, Board members and programme teams to develop compelling funding opportunities that align donor interests with our mission and strategic priorities.
