The Social Work Associate supports the Medical Social Workers and Expressive Therapists in providing holistic care to patients and families, assisting with administrative tasks, assessments, and intervention plans. Offers psycho-emotional, social, and spiritual support to enhance the quality of life for DPH clients. Actively contributes to planning and executing hospice activities that align with its mission and objectives. Responsibilities A.
