About this role
WHAT YOU’LL DO The Director of Purchasing is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing purchasing processes for Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This includes implementing procurement best practices, inventory control, import logistics, strong negotiation skills, and successfully managing purchasing and storage operations of a warehouse. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage 3rd party vendors with Rio’s contracts, terms and deadlines for all furniture, fixtures and electric (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E).
