About this role
THE ROLE
Most engineers never meet the people who use what they build. You will. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with behavioral health providers, take on their hardest problems, and ship the software that fixes them. You're the first engineer a new customer works with and the one who turns what you see in the field into product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own complex data migrations off legacy EHRs and billing systems, end to end, often on tight timelines
- Work onsite with providers to learn how their practices actually run
- Turn tangled customer problems into scoped, buildable work, then build it
- Ship production software alongside our product engineers, not prototypes or decks
- Bring the field back with you: what you learn shapes the roadmap
