This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows and software. You will partner with behavioral health providers to implement Ease, solve the operational problems that come up along the way, and be a key voice shaping what we build based on what the front line actually needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex clinical and operational support issues
- Turn inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows into product requirements alongside engineering and product
- Lead implementations across the full continuum of care: inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, and outpatient
- Train clinical staff and operators to use the platform inside their daily workflows…
