About this role
THE ROLE
You'll sit between our customers and our product. You'll spend real time inside behavioral health clinics with clinicians, billers, and admissions staff, find the work they still do by hand, and ship software that takes it off their plate. A lot of that software is LLM pipelines and voice agents, and all of it has to hold up in production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own problems end to end: scope them with the customer, build, ship, and stay with it until the clinic relies on it
- Build and run production LLM pipelines and voice agents, from intake and payer calls to checking a note against payer and compliance requirements before a clinician finalizes it
