About this role

Lead, mentor, and develop the Storage and Backup team, managing priorities, on-call coverage, and escalations. Oversee the day-to-day operations, monitoring, performance, and overall health of the PowerMax and PowerStore storage environments. Manage storage provisioning, capacity planning, performance optimization, upgrades, and migration activities. Own and manage the backup and data protection environment across PPDM, Commvault, and Data Domain. Ensure backup and recovery operations meet defined RPO and RTO requirements, including regular recovery testing and validation. Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and coordination during incidents and recovery scenarios. Ensure compliance with applicable security, data retention, and ransomware resilience requirements.…
