About the role We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the employee lifecycle at Enginy, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. This is a foundational, high-ownership role within a lean People team (Head of People, Talent Acquisition Partner and Office Manager). You will be responsible for making sure our People processes are accurate, compliant, reliable and scalable, so the company can grow with confidence.
