About this role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join the Farbman Group team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of apartment homes, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance emergencies, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
