1 st/2nd Line Support Engineer The Company: Focus IT have the pleasure of working with this well-established support Company. Due to demand they are seeking a support engineer to complement their existing support team. The Role: Due to industry growth, we now have a requirement for self-driven and highly motivated person to come in and build on their expertise in the support sector and complement the existing team Key responsibilities: being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email; qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers; Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including; workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.…
