Responsibilities: Lead safe working practices within the STC, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, work instructions, pre-use inspections, and incident reporting requirements. Develop, review, and approve test methods, plans, setups, and reports that meet customer, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements. Investigate abnormal test results and non-conformances, support root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Specify, procure, commission, and maintain test equipment and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.
