Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and build production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and specialized equipment to keep operations running at peak performance. Create and refine tooling designs using sketches and CAD to improve performance, quality, and efficiency. Diagnose tooling issues and implement creative, hands-on solutions to minimize downtime and scrap. Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to support new tooling development and continuous improvement initiatives. Track and document tooling performance, maintenance history, and critical setup parameters. Train and support operators on proper setup and use of tooling and equipment.…
