About this role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and business-driven digital experiences. In this role, you will help shape user journeys for growth-focused, gamification, and affiliate features, translating complex financial and reward structures into simple, compelling interfaces that drive user action. You will work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to design polished, production-ready solutions that balance engagement, clarity, trust, and regulatory requirements.
