About this role
General Summary
An Integration System Engineer will develop, configure, and test integration solutions for GHX products and services. This individual will develop a strong working knowledge of our leading-edge GHX Internet B2B exchange system and growth products. With this knowledge and tools, the IE will answer customers’ questions, assist customers in testing or upgrading these functions of the system, and help them when they have problems using or connecting to the system. Extensive collaborative troubleshooting and problem-solving may be required at times. They will work closely with Support, Development/QA, Implementation, and Infrastructure to ensure customer maintenance requests are managed effectively and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
