Join our team as a Construction Assistant at Midtown Commons! Gorman & Company is seeking a Construction Assistant to support the construction team at Midtown Commons, a 200-unit multifamily development in Milwaukee, WI, consisting of two 100-unit phases with completion anticipated in mid-2028. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, learning construction skills, and helping keep a jobsite safe, clean, and organized. You’ll work directly with the Field Superintendent and project team to support daily construction activities and help keep the project moving forward.
