About this role
Job Purpose The Business Processes & Systems Analyst will be responsible for the successful delivery, support and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across the Group. While the implementation of a new Integrated Management System (IMS) will be a key initial focus, the role extends across the wider technology landscape, including finance, warranty, dealer network, operational and reporting platforms. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, software vendors and the IT team, ensuring systems support the Group’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
